Lost access
I have an account with access to videos in my library and a private cell. At your invitation I upgraded to your latest offer at no cost (not the full upgrade). Now I have lost my videos and private showings. What's going on.? If necessary rescind my recent no cost upgrade and give me my old access fullly back.
