Losing my version of realplayer
I opened my realplayer shortcut. Saw a link to upgrade my version of realplayer for my operating system vista home premium. After the download all of my realplayer videos stoped playing.

The latest RealPlayer version (version 18) requires at least Windows 7 - it cannot be installed on Windows Vista or Windows XP.
Since you are using Windows Vista, you probably have an old RealPlayer version installed. You can download RealPlayer 16 from the below link:

Older RealPlayer versions such as 15 and 16 are no longer updated or supported. Product development has stopped, and no updates or security patches will be released for these product versions. Therefore, various issues may occur when using these old versions.
I would advise you to upgrade your computer to Windows 7 or higher, so that you can install the RealPlayer Plus 18 version that you have purchased.Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
