load movie video mp4 format want to convert to wmv when i hit convert button a window pops up "windows has uncounted error will shut down program"  i have tried 3 different movie titles all the same results. i'm running the free windows 10 every one was offered. not sure what to try next. i do dvdfab and vso blue ray converer that work great but don't offer wmv format. dick

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback and file converion. You can install it from the link below:

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try converting the files again.
