Lost Realplayer Plus 16 Cloud

On 3/13/13 I paid for Realplayer Plus 16 Cloud account number 0281139539. I have since lost the above how can I get it restored?

  You can download RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer Plus 16 by following the article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040003

  Once installed, sign in to access the plus features.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
