Unable to edit playlist tunes

Up until 2 days ago I could go into my playlists or my main music library, and edit the information, such adding artist, or adding and/or changing category or genre. Now it lets fill in or correct the information, but when I click OK it doesn't save the changes.

  I've tried reproducing the issue you describe on the latest version of RealPlayer and I was unable to. (All the changes I made to the track information were saved successfully.)

  In order for me to investigate your issue further, please provide the exact steps you are taking when editing track information on a playlist - it would be best if you could send some screen shots showing the steps, here's how:

  Also, please check the version of RealPlayer installed on your PC and let us know which one it is - see:
