Error: New Recording Location
Whenever I want to rip tracks from a CD, I click the OK on SAVE TRACKS dialog, but then I get another dialog:
NEW RECORDING LOCATION.
"RealPlayer could not access your previous recording location. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or you may no longer have write access to it.
To continue this recording in C:\My Music press OK. To correct this location, press Cancel and go to the Preferences item under the Tools menu.
1. When I press Cancel and go to the Tools menu, there is no Preferences item. There is Preferences on the main menu, and the recording location is set to E:\Music\Album & Artist. (I did not change the recording location, it's where I always record my tracks.)
2. If I press OK, the recording goes not to C:\My Music, but to E:\Music\Album & Artist.
3. How can I eliminate this extra click?

Please consult this page to see the answer to your question:
If the path is set to the desired location, and you still receive the message, please reinstall the program and set you desired location again.
Here is how to re-install RealPlayer: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013-Uninstall-and-reinstall-RealPlayer-on-Windows
Preferences is located under the main menu not under Tools. It a mistake.
