Transferring my Real account to my new computer???

I have a new computer... and I'm having trouble figuring out how to get my *old* videos on my newly downloaded RealPlayer on my new computer. I may not be on the 'same account'-- but I don't know how to find what my 'old' account was! Is there a way to do this easily? I don't want to lose all my old videos! Thanks!

  When you download files using RealPlayer the files will be saved in the hard drive. RealPlayer will only have a shortcut to that file in RealPlayer library. It wont store the files in any external server. If you install RealPlayer on another computer you need to transfer the files from the old computer to new one using an external hard disk or any storage device.   I see that you have RealTimes account under both the email addresses. Therefore, if you have uploaded the videos to RealCloud, you may login using both the email addresses to find the uploaded content and then, download the files to the new computer by following the steps provided in the below article:

  Note: If you don't have the back up for those files, then you have to download once again from the source you downloaded before
