RealDownloader
I have searched the topics but have not found a similar problem. The problem is that realdownloader does not open. Whether using the dropdown to initiate a download or open it from the apps menu I get the same result. The cursor spins for a bit and then nothing. It does not give any error message either. Task manager shows the realdownloader in the background processes but not the apps section. There is no icon in the task bar for it. Realplayer opens and I can watch videos I already have but I cannot use realdownloader.
I have uninstalled and install the software
I have searched for solutions and the ones I have found all assume that the realdownloader window opens or appears in task manager apps.
do you have any theories?

2 - If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer by following the steps below:
