downloader stops 1/2 way thru list of videos

 i have 12 videos, downloader starts ok, does up to the last 4, then stops, usually there is straight downloads and some realplayer hd downloads mixed.......the files say waiting to download, I have left it on for up to 12 hours & it still does not dowwnload.......it has happened several times, in order to download the files, I must delet the downloader list & re-enter them one @ a time........

  1- To resolve this issue, you need to uninstall RealPlayer as described below:

  
  
  Please do not install RealPlayer at this stage, just follow this steps to remove RealPlayer and delete the application folders. You will install RealPlayer when you reach the line number 2.

  2- Restart your computer and install RealPlayer by clicking here: http://www.real.com/

  4- Try downloading your videos.
