Realplayer 18

Just updated from 16 to 18 I am not impressed.

very little works and the features that we have all got used to do not work.

upgraded to plus and even less works.

Can someone help please.

We used to be able to make a phone call and thats gone to.

Have been loyal to realplayer last 15 years what have you's done?

  Agreed with the evaluation of 18 vs. 16 - not an improvement, and several steps back.

  Yep agree.  Not happy.  Have been a loyal user for many, many years (almost 20) and what was once a joy to use is now a pain.  Not happy.  Elsewhere, the word upgrade means, better, enhanced and want to keep loyal customers happy and coming back..  Not this lot.  Enhanced seems to mean an enhanced bank account for Realplayer.

  While we do want to keep our product fresh and exciting, we understand that long-time users such as you care most about our core features. Old features are still part of our new version.
