    If it is a local files, then we want to inform you that they are not stored in RealPlayer; they remain only in your PC hard drive (and in the Cloud, if you chose to upload them). Sometimes when you manually move or delete files from your computer, the changes aren't automatically updated in the application database. You can scan and re-import the missing files--as long as they have not been deleted from your hard drive. To learn more, visit the article:

    Meanwhile, if it is a Cloud videos, then we already sent emails related to  Cloud storage space that comes with a free RealTimes account. RealPlayer Free - cloud storage will be discontinued under this plan.  If you're currently using storage under the free plan, you can download a copy of these files before February 28, 2017.
