Realplayer not working and I alredy upgraded

I upgraded to real player so I can download and burn dvd's and cd's but then my hard drive crashed and I put a new 1 in now I can't access my upgraded subscription and the free player doesn,t even give me the download icon on videos what can I do?

  • Are you able to see the "Download This Video" option?
  • Do you receive an error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one? If the problem is with a particular video, please include the URL from which you're trying to download.

  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
