streaming live audio from url not working?

I'm trying to open this url that has been given to me by the website provider and I pasted it into the open address bar and it either takes a very long time to try to.

I put it in as this http://66.180.232.7:1477 in the open command on the real player app(which I know is correct because it came directly from the web page), but when it started to download it looked like this res://ieframe.dll/navcancl.htm#http://66.180.232.7:1477/ and stated that the navigation to webpage was canceled, but continue to download right now...it shows a globe and paper transferring from it to a open folder and displaying how much of the data has been transferred, but for some reason it never finishes the download even though it is taking hours to download....my question is do I keep letting try to download with all the disruptions, do I it keep running the download until it stops no matter how long or do I cancel because it's taking a very long time?

I used to be able to open, listen and record live, but now that is not a possibility anymore and I NEED SOME HELP!!!!

I will be awaiting your response...my email address is xxxxxxxx and my name is Libby...thank you in advance.

I understand that you want to play an audio stream from the radio stations using RealPlayer. In order to be able to play the stream of this radio you need to download an .m3u or .pls file to play on RealPlayer.

You will need to contact the radios so they can provide you with an updated file.

I was downloading the file after I placed the url in the address bar on the Real player platform where you can open and then drop the url in the address bar and it started transferring the files but it was taking forever and I wanted to know if that was normal.
