I had paid For a upgrade From Real player To REAL PLAYER PLUS So why I can't see Real player plus in my acount

Dear Sir,

I should remind You  Not to Delete my Real player 16 Plus from my account .As I had paid Extra For upgrade ,So please      Send me a link So that I can get back to normality

  Although customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in RealPlayer 18/RealTimes these features are available only with the purchase of RealPlayer Plus or a subscription to RealTimes Premium or Unlimited.  You can RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16 from the below article:
