  We have recently discontinued Cloud storage space for our free plan, effective Feb. 28, 2017. We have been sending a series of emails (beginning Jan. 31) to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content or take advantage of a special discount on a paid plan that provides more storage space.

  As a RealPlayer Plus customer. you can access 1 GB of Cloud space and if you have stored more data then we request you to take back up of those contents to your hard drive.
