How do I un-do the latest update and go back to the previous version of Realplayer?

A few days ago I ran the latest update that it kept bugging me about.  I hate it. Ever since the update, downloading videos is very slow.  I have hi speed internet and it has never taken this long before.  I want to go back to the previous version. Can I do that?   I am seriously thinking about ditching real player and using a different media player. Every time there is an update it never goes right and it always messes something up. Please tell me how I can get the previous version back!!!
