Realplayer converter.

every time I am converting a video, the conversion only has audio no picture, it plays back ok on realplayer, but on anything else such as moviemaker, then I only get audio and no picture.

  We normally support only for our products. However as you stated it never play using moviemaker then I would suggest that you need to contact them.
