Opening RealPlayer File
I installed RealPlayer on my PC many years ago and have a lot of music in the file. When I click on the desktop icon to open RealPlayer the main page will open properly. I then click on Library and a screen opens with the initial portion of my music file. But then it just starts to buffer and I can't really access and open any of the music files. It was working fine last week.
I had been away for a while and not checking e-mails. When I got home there was a message about "no more free RealPlayer cloud storage". I didn't do anything with the message. Is this causing my problem? If so can I still do something to restore my music file?

If the music files saved in your computer hard drive and it played well with other player, then you can retrieve them to RealPlayer PC library by doing the scan disk for media. To do so, please follow this link:

or if you are saying about the content uploaded in the Real Cloud storage ( videos and photos ) then as stated in the mail which you received, we have already discontinued Cloud storage space for our free plan, effective Feb. 28, 2017. We have been sending a series of emails (beginning Jan. 31) to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content or take advantage of a special discount on a paid plan that provides more storage space.
I understand that this change may be an inconvenience. Please know that even with a free plan, you will still be able to share your personal photos, videos, and Stories with friends and family.
