WHY TRIMER NOT WORKING?

Just recently when I try to trim a video or song the trim does not work on any songs...I have uninstalled realplayer & reinstalled it though no change at all..when I try to click on arrow to start playing song want to trim doesn't play it showed it loading though no play to try trimming song...I am using windows 7 & like I said I uninstalled & reinstalled realplayer nothing has corrected the problem...anyone with any ideas of what is happening maybe something needs to be set in realplayer? thanks...

  We are trying to reproduce the issue you are describing to see if it might be a bug. For that purpose, kindly answer the following questions, so we can investigate further:

  1. What is the format of the video/audio file you are having this issue with? Does the issue occur with all file formats or just a particular one?

  3. Could you send some screen shots demonstrating the issue? Here's how: Sending a screen shot to Technical Support (Windows)
