Problems began after installing the latest RealPlayer update. I have Windows 7 with IE11. I have followed all the suggestions I could find. Still can't download any video. This is what the pop-up shows; {RealPlayer 18.1} Error code: 2147467259...User code: 0 Could not create actor - invalid guid.

  2. What Windows version are you using? (Windows 7, 8, 8.1. or 10?)
  3. What browser version are you using when downloading? Here's how to tell: Find browser version
  4. Go to the following location on your PC and let us know if the you can find the files listed below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealDownloader
  
  - cpprest140_2_8.dll;
  - downloader2.exe;
  - recordingmanager.exe.
