plugin for dvd burn

after upgrading to realplayer plus the burn feature is completely inop,I reinstalled realplayer 18 and all the features work except when I open burn it goes white and will not respond

  Please make sure the Plus is active.

   

  To activate the Plus features, you should sign into the RealPlayer software. If you are already signed in, please sign out and sign back in.

   

  To sign out of RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.

   

  Sign into RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password.

  everytime i try to burn a DVD it fails and says error occured
