Erroe Message
When I tried to play a DVD Region 2 the following message popped up 'A General Error has Occured', 'Unspecified Error',More Information Is available at The RealNetworks Customer Support Wed Site'. When I clicked on the 'More Info' button nothing happened. I read similar errors on the Community Support page but to no avail. Please advise. Thank you.

Now make sure that region code of your DVD drive matches with the DVD's you want to play. Please do the following:- Right click with the mouse on the Start menu
- Select device menager
- Select your DVD/CD rom drive - it will open another tab with your DVD drive model
- Right click on the the model of your drive and select propreties
- Select, next to the general Tab, the DVD region tab
