Error Message and No DVD After Paid for Premium Real Player

Paid for RealPlayer Plus of $39.99.  Video clips down load perfectly into the library and play with no problem.  However, when I tried to burn a DVD with the video clips I get following error message:

A General Error has occurred.  The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system.  Installing the correct decorders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.  

I have an HP p 6110y desktop running Windows 7.  If this cannot be fixed easily.  I want a full refund.  What good are video clips downloaded if I can't burn them onto a DVD?

  Install the below codec and then try again:
