Can't get plus back after computer died, altho all data was transferred 2 new 1
I paid for RealPlayer 10 plus and, in the past, had had it restored several times from y'all. This time, after I had a computer die, I downloaded your free version with the understanding I could enter my username and password and find my plous features (espeically "record from line in") restored. Nogo - the "plus: doesn't reappear. Worse, I spent literally tens of thousand of hours crating playlists from among my 7500+ carefully selected clips (all music, no vids, and apparently all those clips have been imported successfully). Examples: "psychiatrically challenged," "Smoke 'n' Joe" (songs about ciggies or coffee), and many playlists containing exclusively works of a given composer and/or lyricist - about 200 playlists in all. There used 2b a function under "preferences" - "advanced" where I could restore alll that from a saved copy in my database (every time I made any changes, I'd save the whole thing). I don't see that option anymore. How do I get back that massive work (I recorded all but the largest playlists in a file in Libre Office, and it takes up almost 400 pages)? And how do I get plus, so I can record from a line in?

To the person who replied: I never got that email, so I don't even know how 2 get back in touch w/ u . Perhaps u sent it 2 xxxxxxxxxx. That was the mistaken email address real.com listed many years ago when I first signed on. I never could change it, so I'm stuck w/ that as a username. But the real address is a.".net": xxxxxxxx. Now I've got 2 worry that you'll never see this correction. I'm desperate - just want my playlists back and the line-in record function, but those 2 are YUGE. I pray that u c this and either email me again (as I said, I didn't seem 2 get the last one) or post the reply here. Thanks everso much

Had Real player free. It was working but I needed more features so I purchased plus. Then I lost all my audio. Have Microsoft Surface 3. Ran all the window's trouble shooting went line nothing I tried worked. So I did a restore back to before I downloaded plus. Audio was fixed.
Any idea what the problem is? How do I download plus again, if I can remedy the sound issue.

After installing Plus and you have audio issues with your videos, please install K-Lite from the link below then restart the computer:
