Opening a Downloaded Video

 I've had Real Player as my default program for viewing / opening attached videos in emails.

Just today I've had a problem The Load Library failed with error  1114: DLL Initiation Routine Failed and then a message would come up telling me Real Player has stopped working.

 

I uninstalled and reinstalled Real Player a number of times and it just would not open a video file. I'm fedup

  Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.
  
  As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.
  
  We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:
