Upgrade Failed Credit Card charged

 I purchased an upgrade to plus on 9/30/17. No upgrade has been done. Tried to resolve  through reading your support pages but nothing helps including removing and reinstalling/ sign in. I want to resolve this ASAP. Please help otherwise refund.

  The upgrade page failed but my credit card was charged 1.19  Real player has not been updated. Also received fraud allert from master card
