Restarted account, can't access content
A couple years ago I subscribed to realtimes unlimited. I uploaded over 3,000 home photos and videos to the cloud. My subscription ended. I just restarted the subscription. The web-based realtimes player shows me the names, dates, thumbnails of all the content but I cannot download, play, share, or get a sharable link to any of the videos. The locally-installed realtimes player, on the other hand, doesn't even see any of the cloud-based content. It's important that I be able to get to these videos because the hard drive that had them locally crashed.
