Won't play MP4 videos

Hello, for some reason, Realplayer has stopped playing MP4 videos.  I get the error "Real player has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working...".  All other formats will play as near as I can tell.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, plus cleared the temp files to no avail.

  Customers using RealPlayer on a Windows 10 PC were affected by an incompatibility introduced by a recent Windows 10 update (KB4013429).

  Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit the Microsoft support site.

  Hi, If the player won't play or stopped video. It's mean that video corrupted or damaged due to virus or worms. I would suggest you try to play same video on another player. If got the same Issue, try Stellar Repair for Video software which easily repair that corrupted or damged video file. It's also help to convert the file format which supported by real player!
