won't burn disc with movies in library that already worked

I am trying to edit and reburn videos that I know work but keep getting a message saying "parameters out of range error setting sample rate in ac3 stream"

  I have tried all of the recommendations and deleted and re-installed RealTimes 18.1 with all the suggested updates and still have the problem. The only thing I haven't changed is my firewall settings but this has worked since I started using Realplayer a long time ago. I have the Windows firewall and am using windows 7. Still getting the same error message re: sample raete in ac3 stream. What does that mean?

  At this time, RealPlayer will not burn WebM files, if one of the file in the playlist is a WebM file it will not burn. Therefore, ensure that you have not added any WebM file in the list. I suggest that you convert the WebM file to .mp4 and attempt to burn.

  • Is this happening to all DVD's or just with a particular one?
  • What is the disc type? (+ R or - R)
