Get CD info not working

I'm using windows 10 and recently the get CD info feature is no longer working . I have checked preferences and it is set as on , Its like the cd info option is not communicating

  Hello Matt,

  we have changed our process for retrieving music data, and this is now a paid feature of RealPlayer Plus.

  We're happy to report that this issue has been resolved for RealPlayer Plus users in the latest version of RealPlayer (18.1.7.343). Please update your RealPlayer to install the fix:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo in the upper left.
  3. Select Check for Update and follow the prompts.

  The CD Info is not working for me either, I have RealPlayer version 18.1.7.344 on a Windows 10 pc.  I've tried clicking Organize > CD Info and tried clicking Tools > CD > Get CD Info but nothing happens.

  That's a terrible decision.  Windows Media Player and iTunes have it for free.  I hate both of those applications but maybe using them to rip will save me the time of typing in cd details.  RealPlayer has a better interface and UX and gives us more control but taking out a huge timesaving feature is poor.
