Cannot access Plus features

ok...I purchased RealPlayerPlus on Feb 26 and again just now.  All I get is the free version.  I have restarted, redownloaded, and rebooted my computer numerous times.  What is going on?

  You need to sign in to access the Plus features. To do so, follow the below article:

  In the new version RealTimes the option is replaced by a star symbol at the top right corner. After you are signed in, you should see a star symbol (*) followed by your name located in the upper right corner of the player.
  
  Note:The star symbol denotes that your Plus features has been activated.

  I have purchased the upgrade to Plus but none of the options described allow me to access them. All I get is an advert trying to get me to Upgrade to Premium.  Is this some sort of con to get me to subscribe again? I have an email dated 13th October 2020 from Real confirming that I have subscribed to Plus:
