Realplayer wants to run a file on startup

Every time I start Windows 7, I get the following message:

Do you want to run the file:  ........ You can see the exact problem in the screen capture I am including. This started around when I did last update to RealPlayer:

around March 2017. RealPlayer seems to run the same but this is strange behavior. What is wrong?

  1- What could happen is that the program was not re-installed properly after the updates. Please run Microsoft FixIt to remove RealPlayer and all its files by clicking on the link below:

  2- Install RealPlayer in safe mode as described here: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/231760587--Something-has-gone-wrong-while-running-msiexec-
