Trimming downloaded videos

Downloaded some videos than ran over 2 hours. There used to be a nice easy "trim" button with an easily manipulated tool/box to work in. I don't see any of this anymore. How can I trim down a video to make it fit on a disc? Thanks

  Hi,

  I found the "Trim" stuff. So, thanks, but I got this one. Might even be same as before. Brain freeze, I guess

  RealPlayer trimmer is not working - I keep getting a message from Windows and then close the Program. Last week it was working fine. Please, if anyone knows how to get a message to Realplayer admin, please pass it along.
