WHY BESIDE TITLE HAS CLIP NUMBER NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE?

Hello everyone, I can't figure out why lately when I download video & convert to mp3 why am I getting a clip number beside every song title name? just recently has been happening I have to right click on title song then click details to remove it, like I said never had this happen before just lately has been doing this, does anyone know how to correct this from happening is there something I have to go into setting to change? thank's much....

  If the issue persists, please provide the following information:

  • What Operating System is installed on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?

  • Does this happen with all downloaded and converted files?
  • Please send us links of some of the files causing the issue.
