Roku account not working
When I try to play realtimes video on my Roku, it says my account was deactivated. Even when I signed in with a code and it said success, I still got the same deactivated message. So I deauthorized and tried to sign in under new account, now it says my email is already being used and won't let me proceed. I paid for the premium account and I haven't been able to use it on my Roku for three weeks now. What gives?

In this case, try removing the RealTimes channel from Roku and then deauthorize all the device from your account settings. Once done, re-add the RealTimes channel to Roku and then give it a try.
