    We believe that this issue has been fixed in the latest version of RealPlayer.

    Please update your RealPlayer version by following these steps:

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo in the upper left corner.
    3. Select "Check for Update" and follow the prompts.

    After installing the update, please check your video card compatibility settings in RealPlayer:

    1. Click the RealPlayer logo and then Preferences.
    2. Select Hardware and look in the Video Card Compatibility area.
    3. Click and drag the slide bar to Most Reliable.
    4. Click OK.
     
    Try playing a video again. It should now play correctly.
