realplayer has stopped

 I am trying to play a DVD I have burned on my computer but keep getting the message realplayer has stopped working. Can play a CD but not DVD

  This appears to be an issue with Microsoft's DVD navigator. To avoid this problem, you can use the "Next" button or the "Menu" button to go directly to the DVD's main menu. This problem has been reported only with previews and should not occur during the main feature.
