I posted a query 2 days ago about trying to uninstall Real player and received a reply from you asking me to over install Real.Player .I have tried to do this but it gets to 50% and stops.Can you help me with this as I love my Real times website.

  If the RealPlayer installation fails of freezes at 50%, please try the solutions from this article: Installation fails or freezes

  If the problem persists, please try also the solution from: "Something has gone wrong while running msiexec"
