Loss of Downloader functionality on latest upgrade
I purchased Realplayer Downloader Express in June 2021 for $25 which gave me unlimited speed on multiple downloads. I have just installed the latest Real update (20/20) as I was prompted to and now don't have access to unlimited speed or presumably concurrent downloads. Have you now taken this away and so have to do another one-time purchase to get the same features?

I have the same problem since the last download, but I have the Plus version. I no longer have the downloader extension in Chrome nor does the downloader work in the RealPlayer when trying to manually download. The box to paste the link to the video does not come up. The program says I have the latest updates and I don't see any fixes anywhere. How can we fix this?
UPDATE: Although the site appears to have a support contact number no one answers. I've looked everywhere for a fix to no avail so I had no choice but to reinstall the program and hoped I would not lose the "Plus" version I paid for. I'm happy to say I did not lose it and the program works perfectly now!

How in the hell do you get in touch with these people. If I pay for something I want access to someone not a bunch of damn articles.

Seems that this community is as bad as trying to get hold of Real Player themselves

I'm having a similar issue having upgraded to plus in the past & now attempting to purchase the latest Realplayer Premium I am unable to complete my purchase via my Visa debit card. How can one contact a real human re my issue ?
