My realplayer was acting up. I removed it from my computer and reinstalled it. When I reinstalled it, it started to work again however I purchased the option that allows me to download an entire playlist at one time and now it is not allowing me to. How to I reinstate my previous purchase? I should not have to make another one time payment.
