I have the latest version of RealPlayer and have tried everything I've seen in the earlier post to get this thing back working again. I've tried Chrome which is my go-to, Firefox my second choice and Microsoft Edge. Yes, I have restarted numerous times and tried going into settings, etc... I also have a paid version so I really can't understand the issues that keep happening! Is there any help out there where you don't have to be a computer genius to get this thing up and running? Thank you ever so much to ANYONE that can help me
