Hello I am having trouble with 2 versions of Realplayer. First there is Realplayer 15 PLUS that I decided to reinstall about half an hour ago. I have the entire install exe (about 25-30mb) so I do not need to download it however now that I have reinstalled it is not accepting my credentials to sign in. Second I was going to upgrade to Realplayer 18 PLUS to see if that solved a problem I've been having with Version 15 where the program does not burn audio CDs at the correct speed I selected. However the system keeps trying to charge me the full $39.99 instead of recognizing that I have bought plus in the past and giving me the discount.  Lastly, however I have become concerned because of the problem signing in to version 15 and what this might mean for the future of version 18. I have never had any problems when reinstalling version 15 and then signing in. I also bought the plus version of 14 and some previous versions alkso -- i believe 10 and 11. I have remained using realplayer as by favorite burning application and I was very happy to see that the company was again offering a new version that can be downloaded and installed. In the past as long as I had the FULL install file I was able to continue using it until ready to upgrade. But this problem I've had getting the discount has given me time to think and now I am concerned the realplayer has stopped allowing reinstallations and signing in. If that is the case that older versions are being disabled then should I expect version 18 to also be disabled after a short time? This represents a major change in policy. As I said, over the years I have purchased the plus versions at least 5 times though not immediately when they have been released. I would like to understand if the company has made this policy change of not allowing the plus features of older versions because it will affect my determination about whether to stick with realplayer (by buying version 18 PLUS) or whether to move on. I hope this is just a glitch I am experiencing.
