CD burning function does not work

The CD burning function does not work. I can't transfer audio files to the platform to burn the music. This is happening on my laptop and my desktop. On my laptop I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. When I use the LG burning software on my desktop, it works fine. Bottom line: Also on both computers I've gotten a dialog box that basically says that Real Player has stopped working. Real Player does not work!

  We are aware of this issue and our Technical Department is investigating. Once we have an update on the status of this issue, we will let you know.   Same thing is happening to me.  Real Player has stopped working is the message that I get when trying to burn a CD.
