above will not run because cpprest100_1_2.dll is missing from computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

  To resolve this issue, try performing a clean uninstall and reinstall by following this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

  Note: Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.

  Thank you so much.  After repeated attempts, I finally got it to work based on your advice.  Still don't like the story, picture stuff etc and having to go into tools to get to trimmer but I can live with it for now.  Thanks again.
