Downloader
I have tried all browsers and reinstalled Realplayer and will not download ANY video!! What's up. Every since I upgraded I can't do much of anything. TIRED!!!

If you are still unable to download videos, please provide the following information:
• Are you able to see the "Download This Video" option?
• Do you receive any error message? What does it say?
• Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one?

• What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?

I agree with the above. The failure of the downloader to identify a video ("no videos found at that web address") just started with your latest update. This is on sites I used to download from all the time. The trouble is with current versions of both Chrome and Edge on Windows 10 with Symantec protection. Nothing has changed but your downloader.
