I'm not very happy at this moment. I hate this approach to customer service. It sucks. I can't tell if this posts to a community board or if it goes somewhere else. That doesn't make me comfortable.
I've been getting billed on a free account for 2 years. I have deactivated the account in the last 15 minutes.
However, since it was a free account and I've been charged, I don't feel good about this process stands.

Did I mention that maybe I need to contact the Attorney General of both Washington State and Indiana. Something is rotten and not sure where that is since the billing from PayPal says RealNetworks and links brought me to site.
