My Old Account Suddenly Doesn't exist so I had to create this one to try and fix the problem

Hello, 

 

So I got a new computer and have tried logging into the account I created and paid for service with this company , now it's saying there is no account with this email. This also, means I couldn't sign in to email you about this problem, so I had to make this one so I could get some help. I am unsure how to fix this problem.
