 I did receive a reply some time ago but still don't know where I am heading!!  I can log in to my "plus" account and Cloud which apparently is plus 16.   This doesn't seem to be giving me much as cloud say its full {to which I deleted most}.  Should I upgrade to 18 and then what do I end up with ??? Am I supposed to join Real Times  and delete Cloud ??  I really don't know where I am at,  I really want a program that I can put a movie on disc or memory stick and also have the option of CD.  Then I want to make RP the preference.  Before I was able to ring so now I need some detailed advice per email.  Please reply,  many thanks Terry Brown

  You have 1.13 GB of free space in your Cloud account. To prevent the videos you download on your PC from being automatically uploaded to your Cloud storage, you can uncheck the "Upload all the videos to RealCloud" option in the Downloader:

  1. Click the Windows Start menu at the bottom left of your monitor screen.
  2. Select All Programs.
  3. Click the RealNetworks folder to open it.
  4. Click on RealDownloader.
  5. At the bottom left of the Downloader window, uncheck the option to "Upload all the videos to RealCloud."

  NOTE: If you are unable to uncheck the option, please sign in to your account and then follow the instructions. The option is tied to your account, so you need to be signed in to set this preference.

  Please be aware that RealTimes doesn't support copying to and fro from external storage devices. If you still would like to download RealTimes, you can download it from: www.real.com
