I need help getting into my OLD account

  I am having the exact same problem. I can't access my OLD Account either. What are we suppose to do ?

  On checking our records, I see that you had purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus. To get the previous version of RealPlayer, first uninstall RealTimes, the latest version, from your computer if its installed by following the article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

  Once its uninstalled, please visit the below link to install either RealPlayer Cloud or RealPlayer 16:

  After downloading the free version, sign in to access the Plus features:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. From the RealPlayer menu in the upper left, choose Sign in.
  3. Enter your email address and password.

  After you have signed in, you should see a RealPlayer Plus icon located in the upper left corner of the player.

  I have installed RealPlayer on my new laptop and I cannot get access to my private Videos, please verify that I have already purchased the upgrade for access to the Private Video portion of RealPlayer.
