Real player 12 can't connect to my account

My real player 12 is not connecting to my account and I can not convert my music to a different format.

  I'm not looking to update an older version I just want what I've paid for, the file conversion on the rp are very different from the newer version, I wouldn't mind paying for the new version if the file conversion was like the older rp models. Like I've already said I'm not looking to update I just want to be able to use the file converter.

  We no longer provide support for RealPlayer 12. Many problems you might have using these older products can be resolved by upgrading to a current version, as long as your computer meets the current version's system requirements.
